An $11M upgrade just completed
An extensive refurbishment program has enhanced Charingfield’s shared spaces and garden areas, and created 9 new luxury suites. The interior design scheme is inspired by premium homes in the Eastern beaches with a coastal colour palette, fireplaces and other beautiful homely touches.

We support you to find comfort, enjoyment and meaning in your daily life. Our resident-driven Lifestyle Program includes a range of interesting activities and outings, and we’ll help you maintain your valued family and community connections. Residents are welcome to attend services in our beautiful on-site Chapel services and receive pastoral support.

Charingfield’s small households mirror the look and rhythm of home with residents sharing their own home-style kitchen, dining room and lounge room. Each large, premium suite or apartment has its own kitchenette and veranda with views, and our award-winning gardens have the familiar features of a traditional backyard. Everything is freshly made in our own kitchen, and our nutritious, seasonal menus offer a mix of family favourites and contemporary options. Charingfield is located in the leafy suburb of Waverley. Situated just a short drive from the beautiful Bondi, Bronte and Tamarama beaches, Charingfield occupies a beautifully secluded position in the much-loved part of Sydney. It has excellent proximity to other familiar landmarks including Queens Park and Centennial Park and is close to cafés and shopping centres.
